1. Introduction & Overview

C4rd (“c4rd.biz”) is a digital business card platform built in Sweden and designed with strict data minimization, privacy by design, and GDPR compliance.

2. Information We Collect

• Card Owners: Email address, display name, card profile details, contact fields, links, and design preferences.
• Card Visitors: When you submit a contact exchange form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, optional company name, and optional message with your explicit opt-in consent.
• Analytics Data: Coarse device category (mobile vs desktop), referrer domain, and anonymized session hashes for event counts (views, clicks, saves). We do not permanently store IP addresses or perform browser fingerprinting.

3. Purpose Limitation & Data Sharing

Visitor information submitted via a card exchange form is stored strictly for the intended card owner to view in their private C4rd inbox. We never sell, monetize, or share your contact data with third-party advertisers.

4. Retention & Deletion Rights

Card owners have full rights to export their data or delete their account and cards at any time via Settings. Visitors may request deletion of their submitted contact details by contacting the card owner or emailing privacy@c4rd.biz.
