1. Account & Handle Registration
When creating a digital card on C4rd, you agree to claim handles (slugs) in good faith. Reserved system handles (e.g., app, api, admin, auth, settings) are restricted. Impersonation of brands or individuals without authorization is strictly prohibited.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use C4rd for distributing malicious links, phishing, illegal activities, or sending unsolicited mass spam. Accounts violating these rules are subject to immediate suspension.
3. Service Availability
C4rd strives for continuous availability of digital card profiles. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance or update features to improve service reliability and performance.
