Two-way contact exchange
Collect contact details while you share yours
A useful introduction should not end with one person sending a link. c4rd lets a visitor view and save your card, then voluntarily share their own details back so the connection does not disappear after the meeting.
- Consent-based submissions
- Private owner inbox
- Built for fast mobile follow-up
From card sharing to two-way exchange
Printed cards and basic profile links are one-way: the recipient gets your information, but you may still leave without theirs. A contact exchange adds a short response flow to the digital card. The visitor chooses whether to enter their name, email, phone, company, and an optional note.
That small step creates a record the card owner can follow up on instead of relying on memory, a photo of a badge, or a stack of paper cards after an event.
Designed around clear consent and private access
The visitor actively submits the form; scanning or viewing a card does not reveal their identity. Submitted contact information is available to the intended card owner in their private c4rd contact area and is not displayed to other public visitors.
This makes the exchange useful without pretending that every anonymous view is a lead. The person sharing their information understands the action they are taking and can add context for the follow-up.
Use the context while it is still fresh
Ask a new contact to add a short note about where you met or what they want to discuss. That context can make the difference between a useful message and a generic follow-up days later.
- Conference and trade-show conversations
- Sales discovery and partnership meetings
